Who We are
The Bean is a Family owned and operated Cold Brew & Donut Cafe, both on the go and in a permanent location in Southwest Florida. Our mobile cold brew and donut carts, participate in local community events to sell our products all over SWFL! We also cater for weddings, birthdays, employee appreciation events and more.
In October of 2024, we opened our first location, The Bean Trolley Cafe! Located in the Hitching Post Plaza in Naples, FL.
At The Bean, we bring Christ to our community through kindness, offering prayer, and the free gift of Bibles. We are committed to creating the best possible guest experience, ensuring that everyone who visits feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.
Amy, Tristan and Hailey Ashby are the three Co-Founders of The Bean Cafes!
Locally roasted
We are named The Bean, hence we have great coffee! Our coffee beans are locally roasted by Grumpy Goat Coffee Company, Located in Bonita Springs.
august 2023 - now
Our story begins with one coffee cart and we have now acquired three carts in less than one year of business! We absolutely love popping up at community events and catering for special occasions.
Our journey is just beginning with opening of our first cafe in October, 2024!
